Following the completion of their new medical center, MarinHealth approached Herrero to construct a hybrid operation room in the facility's west wing. The 1,200 square-foot infill project combined two existing, outdated operating rooms into one state-of-the-art space. The upgrade adds a second hybrid OR to the campus.

All construction took place while adjacent departments were fully operational.
