This person reports to MEFP Project Manager and is a member of a collaborative team of designers and builders. Expect your workday to be varied, from working with models and documents; solving problems with design engineers, trade BIM modelers and skilled trades in the field; and using your public speaking skills to lead and facilitate meetings. This is a full-time permanent position to be located at the Sutter Santa Rosa Hospital Project in Santa Rosa, CA. Position is open now and a June Graduate could possibly be considered as an intern for now with permanent hire after graduation. RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Facilitate and coordinate the design team and construction team providing the critical mechanical, electrical, signal, and life safety infrastructure in the hospital.
  • Use the latest tools from Autodesk including Revit, Glu, Navis and BIM 360 to coordinate the integrated modeling effort create views and eliminate clashes, and problem resolution.
  • Organize contract records including drawings and submittals, change orders and their corresponding logs and assure they are accomplished in the safest, most efficient manner and with the highest appropriate levels of quality.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Recent or June graduates. BA/BS in construction science or engineering degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or related experience.
  • Competent in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Bluebeam.
  • Competent learner of technologies and enthusiasm for learning all the Autodesk BIM tools used for the project.
  • Must be able to complete tasks; and complete them with quality and on time.
