We are searching for a great PART TIME RECRUITER reporting to the People Leader to join the Herrero team. What we’re looking for in a candidate and what the position entails follows: The ideal candidate is highly motivated, proactive, hands-on rock star, bright, detail-oriented, extremely organized with expertise in calendaring, project management skills and solid communicator. You will be accountable for all recruitment efforts for the company and managing the entire process from beginning to end including college recruitment.

  • Manage the overall candidate experience - draw on your recruiting background to identify and manage candidates throughout the hiring process, screen applications, contact candidates and set up interviews all the way through to delivering and closing the offer.
  • Develop sourcing strategies for priority and hard to fill requisitions.
  • Respond to all resumes and candidate inquires.
  • Act as Brand Ambassador using creative and strategic methods to attract talent.
  • Identify and recommends recruiting/hiring process improvements and streamline efforts in order to provide efficient workflow.
  • Plan and execute college recruitment events in an effort to build and maintain relationships and brand exposure with key universities.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for both new grad and intern hiring, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
  • Manage recruiting metrics and provide updates to the People Leader.
  • Assist in maintaining our company’s career page and other job posting sites.
  • Perform reference checks on potential candidates.
  • Maintain employee referral program
  • Provide support to the People team on related projects and duties as needed.
  • Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve goals, be flexible and create process and structure.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and time management skills.
  • Manage multiple tasks/projects while maintaining a highly professional demeanor.
  • Incredibly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record delivering results in a dynamic environment.
  • Positive outlook with a sense of humor, quick learner, unflappable, able to adapt on the go and calm under pressure.
  • Extraordinary work ethic while balancing the needs of the individuals and the business.
  • Proficiency in PC and Microsoft Office.
  • Industry experience preferred.
  • You have outstanding communication skills, both verbally and written.
  • You are a natural problem-solver and demonstrable initiative, creativity, and flexibility.
  • Your organizational skills and your attention to detail is exceptional.
