| St. Francis Hospital Parking Structure New Parking Structure and Renovation of Existing Structure 5 story Concrete and Steel Architect: Heller & Leake Architects Herrero converted an existing warehouse into a larger parking facility, adding three levels of new structure to the building. Following structural and seismic renovation of the existing building, a structural steel and concrete parking system was built on top. Ramps, stairways and an elevator tied the old and new structures together to create a total of five parking levels. The project was built tight to all property lines and directly adjacent to existing buildings. Herrero successfully performed heavy construction work while managing disruption, noise, dust, property risk and all other concerns of the surrounding neighbors. |
