With families moving in in time for Christmas 2004, this new 8-story, 100% affordable multi-family housing project is providing 29 one-, two- and three-bedroom units in addition to program office and services space, a community room and on-site parking. Asian Inc., the project sponsor, selected Herrero to construct the multi-family complex to serve families with special needs.
This urban infill project is situated on a very tight site fronting Turk Street near Hyde. An extremely limited staging area as well as high pedestrian and vehicle traffic required close coordination of materials deliveries as well as strict attention to safety. |
