Herrero has built hundreds of thousands of square feet of tenant improvement space for the Bank of America. This project was successfully completed despite unusually limited planning and construction time.
The Bank of America contracted with Herrero just six days before construction began, informing us that design was just starting and that they would like the space completed and ready to occupy in ten weeks. Herrero completed the job in just nine weeks, one week ahead of schedule. |
