Blue Shield of California Renovations and Tenant Improvements 219,000 square feet Concrete, Steel, & Brick Architect: Mike Sands Architect Herrero performed over $19 million worth of renovation work for Blue Shield of California in multiple buildings located in its San Francisco and Peninsula offices and campuses. The tenant improvements for Blue Shield's Executive Suites, Computer Rooms, Cafeteria and office areas included a full building seismic upgrade. All construction was performed without disruption to on-going operations. |
