Dreyer’s new headquarters in Oakland began as a “plain vanilla” building to be constructed at a minimal cost. During preconstruction services, Herrero carefully analyzed and competitively priced many upgrade options, which were then set up to allow the owners to add upgrades during construction as their financing position permitted. With many upgrades successfully added, Dreyer’s can be proud of its corporate home.
Herrero is currently renovating an existing building on the Dreyer's campus to create a new, state-of-the-art Corporate Conference Center. |
