Monahan Parker/ Kaiser San Rafael New 4 Story Medical Office Building and Sub-Grade Parking Structure 51,000 square feet Steel Frame & Concrete Architect: Solomon Architecture and Urban Design Herrero delivered this complex medical office building from preconstruction through completion using the fast-track approach. Herrero project management worked successfully with two Architect / Owner teams for the core and shell portion and on the interior build out for Kaiser. Challenges included site dewatering for an underground parking structure with contaminated soil and water removal issues. |
