720 Market Street New High-Rise Office Building 11-story, 100,000 square feet Structural Shell with Precast Skin Architect: Kinya Tsuruta & Associates 720 Market was a fast track project in the sense that the Owner was making scope decisions on a “just in time” basis. As decisions and changes were made, they were given to the architect, who quickly turned around designs so that we could order materials and build in a normal sequence. As an urban infill project, 720 Market Street required Herrero to overcome the challenges of limited site access and materials staging areas as well as pedestrian and worker safety. |
