Herrero built an addition to the Emergency Department at the existing Kaiser Hospital Campus at Howe and W. MacArthur. The free standing addition consists of four observation rooms, isolation treatment room and anteroom, two medical screening rooms, two nurse stations, two treatment rooms, two waiting areas, offices and support spaces. The second floor includes twenty two proved call/sleep rooms, staff lounge, dictation charting room, IT room and Mechanical room.
