UCSF GENERATOR REPLACEMENT
The UCSF Moffitt/Long Hospital Generator Replacement Project
consisted of decommissioning the existing UCSF generators, installation and testing of a temporary generator and installation of two (2) new 750 MW Caterpillar diesel generators within the existing hospital. Included within the scope of the generator replacement was the installation of new; electrical busways, radiators, all associated exhaust flues, supply and return water piping, five (5) Automatic Transfer Switches, two (2) switchgear units, annunciation panel boards, fuel oil piping, fuel oil pumping equipment and all controls associated with the new equipment mentioned above. All commissioning and performance testing of the new equipment to ensure the proper operation was also performed under this contract.
