Kaiser MOB5 SANTA ROSA, CA Ambulatory Surgery Center, Medical Offices, and Parking 2-story 91,000 square feet Steel Frame Herrero's construction for this new medical office building will serve Kaiser’s Santa Rosa clients as an Ambulatory Surgery Center. The new facility will provide full outpatient surgery services to the community of Santa Rosa. The project scope includes 4 outpatient operating rooms, MRI, CT Scan, Physical Therapy and Occupational Medicine Departments in addition to all standard medical office building features. The project was being managed using Lean Project Delivery techniques. |
