Herrero recently completed work on the Phase 1 Site Preparation for the new Vista Community College building in downtown Berkeley.
The scope of work included excavation, shoring, lagging and underpinning, and drilled concrete piers to support the new 6-story, 165,000 sf facility.
Over the course of the project, Herrero developed an excellent relationship with Swinerton Management, the Construction Manager representing the Peralta Community College District. The project was completed on budget and 3-weeks ahead of schedule. |
