Kaiser Bayhill Projects Renovations and Tenant Improvements Total 20,000 square feet Architect: Jennings-Ackerley Herrero recently completed two projects at the Kaiser Bayhill facility in San Bruno. Constructed concurrently, both projects are renovations of existing space requiring significant demolition to build-out the new office and therapy spaces. The work scope for both projects included new casework, new acoustical ceiling and carpets, new plumbing fixtures, new lighting and controls, new HVAC controls and new electrical to support fire and life safety upgrades. The Physical Therapy remodel provides new patient consult offices and a gym. The Chemical Dependency Department remodel provides for three new group therapy rooms, doctor's offices, a new reception area and administrative support areas.
