| Dreyer's Conference Center Renovation, Interior Remodel and Seismic Upgrade 2-story, 13,000 square feet, Wood Frame Architect: Gensler Herrero was selected to transform a former nightclub into a state-of-the-art, formal Conference and Training Center for Dreyer’s Grand Ice Cream. Adjacent to Dreyer’s Headquarters, also built by Herrero, the project scope included a complete gut and remodel, seismic upgrade, new roof, new fire and life safety systems, new MEP systems, state-of-the-art teleconferencing and video system, a new retail shop space on Claremont Street, a new trellised walkway, landscaping and other site work. Shown at right is an exterior view of the main Conference Center entrance, the Main Conference Room with loft area seating on two levels, a typical office hall with cubicles, and the coffee lounge. |
