Herrero built a new 7,620sf Student Commons Building and two new Fine Arts Buildings totaling 3,300sf. The Student Commons is a concrete and wood framed building with a full commercial kitchen, offices, bathrooms and cafeteria area.

The two new Fine Arts Buildings are wood-framed buildings with a ceramics room, digital media lab, bathrooms and music room.

The project is seeking LEED Platinum and includes two living roofs, PV panels, rain gardens, cisterns, etc.
